Цель/Purpose

Interwiki. It is now running with bot flag at: ar:, da:, en:, eo:, fo:, he:, is:, nds:, nn:, no:, sv:, uk:, and it is requested other places.

Технические подробности/Technical details

The bot wil do interwiki linking starting from da:, nn:, no:, and sv: using the Pywikipediabot framework. It will mostly run manually assisted and I will try to solve found interwiki conflicts.

  1. make sure that text in Russian for edit summary is added to interwiki.py;
  2. if you don't know Russian and you're going to solve interwiki conflicts, be very attentive and use online dictionaries and translators if necessary (e.g. this one) // vh16 (обс.) 07:04, 11 июня 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for advice, VanHelsing.16. 1) I update my pywikimediabot from CVS before each run, so the edit summary in Russian should always up to date. 2) I don't know Russian (but can recognise many international words). I will be very attentive and ask for help or give up when in doubt. But many cases are rather easy to solve. For example this edit where i just corrected a wrong year.
