Arachnospila (лат.) — род дорожных ос (Pompilidae).

Распространение[править | править код]

Всесветно. Для СССР ранее указывалось 25 видов[1][2]. По данным каталога перепончатокрылых России (2017) в Палеарктике около 90 видов, в России 47 видов[3].

Описание[править | править код]

Длина 4—17 мм[4]. Орбиты глаз и переднеспинка без жёлтых пятен. Шипы тарзального гребня на передних лапках не уплощенные. Брюшко без серого войлочка. Мандибулы не серповидные, с явственным внутренним зубцом. Охотятся и откладывают яйца на пауков (Lycosidae, Salticidae, Agelenidae, Clubionidae, Gnaphosidae)[1][4].
